2. Fee Structure and Settlement

Fees are set per agreement or product. Payment schedules vary by service, infoproduct or product acquisition. All charges must be settled prior to commencement or dispatch.

3. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital manuals, templates and guides accessible via our portal. After full access is granted, no reimbursement is available. Before access, a cancellation request within seven days may qualify for reimbursement if no files have been accessed.

4. Physical Products

Physical materials, such as printed handbooks, may be shipped upon order. If materials arrive damaged, notify us within fourteen days to arrange an swap or reimbursement. The customer must send items back in original condition to qualify.

5. Services

Advisory sessions, contract drafting and negotiations are scheduled upon agreement and payment. Once a session has commenced, or documents delivered for review, reimbursement is not offered. However, services may be transferred to another date or another designee if arranged at least five business days prior to the original schedule.

6. Reimbursement and Transfer Procedures

To request a reimbursement or schedule a transfer, contact us via Contact Form with subject "Reimbursement Request" or "Reschedule Request". Include order details and preferred resolution. Reimbursements are processed within thirty days of approval via the original settlement method. Transfers are confirmed within seven days of the request date.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
